Website and Service Terms

These terms describe the website quote process and general service conditions. A job-specific estimate, invoice, or service agreement may contain additional terms.

Estimates and appointments

Website and photo-based estimates are preliminary unless expressly confirmed as final in writing. Pricing may change after an on-site review if the volume, material, weight, access, labor, disposal requirements, or other job conditions differ from the information provided. No appointment or final price is confirmed until Madison's Junk Removal communicates acceptance of the job and the customer approves the scope and price.

Accepted items

Service is limited to items that can be safely and legally handled, transported, and accepted by an appropriate disposal, recycling, or donation facility. Madison's Junk Removal may refuse any item or stop work when a condition presents a safety, legal, access, contamination, weight, or disposal concern.

Prohibited and regulated materials

Unless specifically agreed in writing and legally permitted, service does not include hazardous, infectious, radioactive, explosive, pressurized, or otherwise regulated material. Examples may include asbestos, ammunition, fuels, wet paint, many chemicals, medical waste, and contaminated materials. The customer is responsible for identifying and disclosing any suspected hazardous or regulated material before work begins.

Customer authorization

The customer represents that they own the items or have permission and legal authority to authorize their removal. The customer is responsible for identifying items that must remain and for securing valuables, documents, money, medication, weapons, and personal information before service.

Access and job conditions

The customer must provide safe, lawful access to the work area and disclose stairs, elevators, narrow passages, parking restrictions, property rules, unusually heavy items, pests, structural hazards, or other conditions that may affect the work. Additional labor, access, parking, weight, or disposal charges must be approved before they are added.

Pricing statements

References to “big-company service,” “local-company pricing,” or pricing below large national companies describe Madison's Junk Removal's general value goal. They are not a guarantee that every quote will be lower than every competitor. Fair comparisons require a comparable scope, volume, material, labor, access, timing, and disposal requirement.
